Data Processing Agreement
When you use Cossmic to hire, you are the Data Fiduciary and Cossmic is your Data Processor. Our DPA sets out how we handle personal data on your behalf under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What the DPA covers
- The roles of each party (Data Fiduciary and Data Processor) and the scope of processing.
- Our security safeguards and confidentiality obligations.
- Subprocessors and our commitment to notify you before adding one.
- Breach notification, assistance with data-subject requests, and data return or deletion on termination.
Who can request it
A signed DPA is available to paying Cossmic customers. If your organization needs one — for procurement, security review, or your own compliance — request it and we will provide a copy pre-filled with your details for signature.
