Cossmic is a hiring platform, not an algorithmic decision-maker. This page states plainly where artificial intelligence does and does not enter the product, so that neither a candidate nor a buyer has to guess.
No automated hiring decisions
Cossmic does not make, or attempt to make, hiring decisions on your behalf. We do not score, rank, filter, or reject candidates using artificial intelligence or automated profiling. Every advancement, rejection and offer in the pipeline is an action taken by a person at the employer — the product records and organises those decisions; it does not make them.
We do not train models on your data
- We do not use candidate, employee, or customer data to train machine-learning models.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties for model training.
- Personal data is processed only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If this ever changes
Should we introduce any feature that uses AI on personal data — for example an assistive summary or a drafting aid — we will disclose it here first, describe exactly what it does and what data it uses, keep a human in the loop for any decision that affects a candidate, and give employers the choice to use it or not. We will never quietly turn AI loose on your data.
